Shipping Policy

At TopAxis Mobile, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and transparently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using:

Royal Mail Tracked 48

This service includes:

  • Full tracking

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days after dispatch

Shipping Cost

✅ Free UK Shipping on all orders

There are no hidden delivery fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery directly with Royal Mail.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail to the address provided at checkout:

  • The delivery is considered complete

  • We are not responsible for items marked as delivered but not received due to:

    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

    • Safe place deliveries

    • Theft after delivery

If you believe your order has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived:

  • Please allow up to 14 days from the dispatch date for delivery

  • After 14 days, the parcel will be considered lost

We will then:

  • Open an investigation with Royal Mail

  • Once confirmed, offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund

Signature on Delivery

Some higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
