Refund & Returns Policy

At Top Axis Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality products and a transparent returns process. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories and included items must be returned

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to deductions or refusal.

2. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items are inspected upon arrival.

The following deductions may apply if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was received:

4. Faulty or Defective Items

If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us immediately.

After 30 days, items may still be covered under our 6-month warranty, depending on the issue.

We will assess the issue and may offer:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • Or a refund (where applicable)

5. Items Returned After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

However, if the product develops a fault after 30 days and is within the 6-month warranty period, we may offer a replacement or repair, subject to inspection.

6. Misuse of Returns Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or future orders if we identify misuse of our returns policy, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated excessive returns

  • Returning damaged or altered items

  • Evidence of intentional misuse

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
